BioShock!

Well, just got a loan of BioShock and i must say, its more than i expected. After the hype and even after several friends commenting on it i always expected less of this game. Turns out i was wrong the plasmids mechanic is very intuitive and adds more depth to the gameplay which is at its core a regular FPS.

The story is very well written imo as well, lots of political themes sewn into it and more than the avarage “this dudes scary, kill this other dude…”

so far shpaing up to be a class game!

Guitar Hero 2 (Update)

Ah well, i cut the cables, reattached them and its still not working!

At least i know its not the power :/

Ah well, lets hope Red Octane customer support can come up with a solution.

Guitar Hero 2

Have recently purchased GH2 from ebay (my new/former addiction) it has decided to stop working, the controller that is, being the tight wad i am, i searched for some way to fix it, google showed me no joy

Untill i stumbled across this site, the guy explains a similar problem and shows how to fix it (with a handy soldering iron) and ressurect it.

Unsurprisingly i am trying this, updates to follow
